The beauty of a natural deerskin garment sets it apart from imitation goods. The manufacture of lightweight, strong, high quality deerskin garments has long been the hallmark of Jerry and Cheryl Schenandoah. They are award-winning artists and continue the family tradition of Native American craft design and manufacture. Their crafts and clothing are on display in several museums and have been a favorite of many celebrities.

Buckskin clothing is long-wearing and strong. All traditional and contemporary fashions are made to order to each customers specifications, cut from tanned deerskin hides and are hand laced. Minor imperfections found on the buckskin are corrected, although some very minor imperfections are left, to add to the attractiveness of the garment.

Do keep in mind that each garment really is hand-made and made-to-order, so your garment may take 4-8 weeks for final delivery, depending on color choice and complexity of the fashion. Please refer to the Order Form for sizing instructions.
